Yes, it's healthy for the hair, because they have no harsh sulfates and alcohol to dry hair. I use the Giovanni Hair is natural, and you can find walmat target or generally things with Burt's Bees. It's not so expensive, I think it's like 7 or 8 U.S. dollars, if not too expensive.
