Confidentiality Clause Work If I Signed A Confidentiality Clause, But Not A Non-compete?

If I signed a confidentiality clause, but not a non-compete? - confidentiality clause work

Clause, and I work for a competitor can go after the company had received my previous employer and ask to do business with my current employer without being legally responsible for everything. Exactly what my confidentiality clause, which allows me to not be able to with my current employer do?

Before you do anything stupid, please read what you signed .*

MMM I feel a demand is very large, long and uncomfortable in the production.

What will never forget. No court will buy the argument that they are in direct competition without breaking confidentiality.

The next time you hunt not sign documents at a later date.

What we are proposing sounds morally wrong. Clause here is, and we may be able to understand.

You will be responsible for the legal costs if you sued your former employer. And probably soon be released.
