Yes, but ...
Delirium can be interpreted in two ways, or psychiatric disturbances in consciousness, delirium is the perception of a real object changed (what I believe a president) is a dwarf. Not delirium is sometimes used synonymously with hallucinations (See things) are really there, but if you be strict, they mean different things.
Depersonalization has changed the perception of themselves, patients feel as they swim and from above, or as if "he had seen my body, but not together" (sic).
